2.2 Registration Process

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and preferred payment method details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and entitles 677bet to immediately close your account without notice and to retain any balance as a penalty for the misrepresentation.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

677bet operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. We may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo identification (National ID card or passport), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be withheld pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

3.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties will be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation. 677bet accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. 3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification status. 677bet aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 15 minutes during normal operating hours for bKash and Nagad transactions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) banking days. 677bet reserves the right to apply additional verification steps to withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, as determined at the platform's sole discretion.

Withdrawals of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the relevant promotion. Attempting to withdraw funds that have not yet satisfied applicable wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance.

3.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 677bet reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee of ৳200 per month to dormant accounts after this period. 4.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, using automated systems, exploiting technical loopholes, or wagering patterns that constitute low-risk strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements — constitutes bonus abuse. 677bet may void such bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and permanently close the account of any player found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 677bet platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be referred to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, unauthorised payment use, or identity theft.
• Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the platform or its games.

8.1 Governing Law

8.2 Dispute Resolution
